I’ve worked at three vastly different companies building voice user interfaces. The above was my final project at Tellme Networks for Microsoft which was to replicate the breadth of services of Bing over a voice portal. While we were working on this Microsoft acquired Tellme Networks.
Prior to that I worked at the Verizon Lab Human Centered Design group to design and improve IVR systems. Prior to that I worked at Comverse Voice Solutions and designed the first Voice Activated Dialing service for AT&T wireless as well as improved existing products at Sprint
